POLICY

All of my puppies are guaranteed to be healthy, this excludes worms, which all puppies have, or intestinal problems from stress that may occur. You must have the puppies checked by your vet within a week of receiving you puppy. All puppies are guaranteed against genetic or hereditary defects until they are six months old, providing they were checked by a vet, by or before the age of 12 weeks. If something is found to be wrong, by a vet with a written statement, I will replace the puppy for free. I will ship my puppies by air in the United States. I prefer to have you pick the puppy up at my home, that way you can see the parents and we can get the paper work done. I require a 100 dollar deposit for the puppy, with the balance of the puppy and flight due by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old, if the puppy is not paid for in full by 12 weeks old, the puppy may be put back up for sale and the deposit, which is not refundable due to any reason other than an unhealthy puppy, will be used to cover the expenses of reselling the pup, a US postal money order, a Walmart money order or PAYPAL(there will be a 5 dollar charge per 100 dollars for paypal's percentage). No puppies will be shipped until they and the flight are paid in full, unless the airticket is aggreed to be paid on the receivers end. A deposit may be put to another puppy, if there is a conflict with the pending puppy. I give any person sending a deposit thru the mail, 1 full week for it to reach me, if a deposit is not received and someone is waiting for the same pup, the next person in line will be contacted or if a deposit is already received by the second person, the pup will be transfered to the next person.
